Bloom Legal focuses on both search and contingent assignments. For search we only work with a limited number of firms to avoid potential conflicts.
On the contingent side, the vast majority of the partners and teams we work with come to us through personal recommendation.

Lawrence Bloom
Bloom Legal was established in 2012 by Lawrence Bloom. Lawrence has spent over 25 years in the legal sector and has specialised in partner search and recruitment and team moves for over 20 years. More recently, he has also provided strategic advice to law firms on mergers. Lawrence qualified in 1994 and spent almost 7 years as a solicitor, latterly working at a leading international law firm prior to embarking on a career recruiting senior lawyers. As a result of this combined experience, Lawrence is perfectly placed to understand the needs and demands of both law firms and Partners.
